What does the term London Dry mean?

No regulation on location that expresses a particular place or country is unable to distill. The term refers to the method of distilling.  Labels are specific to guidelines laid out in EU law, in February 2008.  First, A neutral base spirit must be 96% ABV, synthetic additives aren’t allowed – must be natural ingredients, botanicals are added during distillation, water and small amount of sweetener may be added post distillation.
