About Casa Noble Santana Reserve 5 Years Extra Anejo Tequila
Casa Noble Santana Reserve 5 Years Extra Anejo Tequila is made of Blue Agave plants, the pinas harvested from the hacienda at their full maturity at twelve years. Slow cooked in stone ovens, the sweet nectar is extracted from the heart and naturally fermented, before being aged for two years, in new French White Oak casks.
- Presentation: purple artisan glass decanter
- Colour: Pale, golden hue.
- On the Nose: moderately spicy with hints of butterscotch.
- On the Palate: oak with vanilla notes. Agave is still vibrant, leaving a soft, lingering aftertaste with a touch of toasted coconut.
- Finish: Lingering.
