• On the Palate: Creamy, butterscotch, caramel, roasted nuts, toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, black cherry, balanced wood tannin, agave
• Finish: Long, warm, smooth, toasted oak, agave, baking spice

Aged for 5 years instead of the traditional standard of three year requirements. Barrels range up to 600 liters, keeping each batch tight nit in order to produce the best quality.  The profile offers a rich cognac similarity.
