Introduced in the 13th century, Gin creation exists because of monks and alchemists. Transpiring as a medicinal elixir, Flanders and the Netherlands gave it a modern twist. Difference between Vodka and Gin?

Both used interchangeably, neutral spirits that produce from fermenting and distilling natural ingredients, wheat, barley or potatoes. Vodka however doesn’t give extra addings of juniper berries that give difference in unique flavouring. Legal constitutes of the elixir has specific legislation for production and alcohol content.
