A truly Classic California Cab with lush overripe to dried black and blue fruits dominating the mid-palate, an array of savory herbaceous aromatics with a whisper of green olive, and this beautiful dusty sandalwood which helps envelope the velvety tannins. A limited production wine from the Willow Creek District.
This comes from a vineyard site that ranges 1400 ft in elevation above Willow Creek District. The site has Calcareous soils from the Santa Lucia-Lopez complex. This site sees 24-30” average rainfall with a 20 degree average diurnal shift.
