About Cazcanes Blanco Tequila No.7:

- On the Palate: Vanilla, coconut, herbal

Un-aged and produced in the lowlands of Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico this 100% organic Blue Weber agave cannot be touched.  Cooked in low pressure autoclaves, the extraction with roller mills brings a natural artesian/volcanic essence.  Spring water from Navichi Springs helps the fermentation. Double-distilled into stainless stress pots.
