I’ve enjoyed Cognac before but never experienced anything like this. The beautiful amber color is the first thing that strikes you. The nose lends to chocolate with a hint of fruit. It hits heavy on the palate and explodes with flavor. My mouth lit up with flavor of apricot, chocolate, smoke and alcohol! It is smooth and has a long finish.
