In 1923 Shinjiro Torii envisioned crafting a whisky that would enhance the Japanese dining experience. He did just that with the creation of Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky.
Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky is layered and pours bright amber.
On the Nose: notes of citrus, honey, lychee, rosemary and oak.
On the Palate: Full-bodied and fruity.
Finish: long.
Best served with smoked trout.
