- Colour: rich and beautiful.
- On the Nose: very pleasant. The vanilla and brown sugar sweet notes come through very well from the white oak barrels this bourbon aged in for over seven years.
- On the Palate: full bodied. Beam’s signature nutty, sweet grain on the palate, along with corn bread, cherry pie ala mode, baked apple, milk chocolate, and some warming spice on the finish.
