Buffalo Trace has introduced three Kosher Whiskeys, making them the first Kosher whiskeys produced by a major U.S. whiskey distillery. Interestingly, the Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe is actually a bourbon, with the term “rye” referring to the secondary grain used in the whiskey.
