What are the tasting notes?
- Color: Deep gold
- On the Nose: Spice, caramel, dusty, oak, faint leather, light, airy, fresh, floral spring, sour cherry
- On the Palate: Silky vanilla, pear, cherry, creamy butterscotch, tannic dark
- Finish: Low, slow, fresh
Using the #1 Mashbill from Buffalo Trace. Thought to be a low rye mash bill consisting of 10% or less rye. Enhanced intensity follows with a bolder nose and vibrant/rich mouthfeel. A private barrel that gives a unique variation than the usual mass-produced bottles.
