Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of sourced whiskey from Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, as well as the distillery’s own distillate. The whiskey is aged in barrels for four to 12 years and has a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% raw rye, and 4% malted barley. It’s described as smooth and complex with notes of vanilla, char, and wood, and a hint of black pepper on the finish. The whiskey is named after a 367-foot redwood tree in Humboldt Redwoods State Park, which is also the 14th tallest tree in the world.
