WHAT IS WINE?

Made from fruit ferment. Yeast mixes with sugar to convert it to alcohol. Variety of fruit, grapes, blueberries, pomegranates, cherries, plums, elderberries and currant ferment to create wine.  Each Wine comes with different variation. Depending on strains of fruit or yeast, gives major differences to the liquid.  Legal requirements enact appellations to define region styles and qualities.

Different types of Wine:

White, Red, Pink/Rose and Sparkling are among the popular types available. Different varieties can include light-medium-full reds, dessert, and light-full white.  Depending on taste profiles, some may come sweet or slightly bitter.  Foods are popular to pair with each other, especially desserts.
